NearLinking takes a ValueFlag to turn the feature ON/OFF. Note that AutoLinkStrategies must contain the 'S' strategy for this Option to become effective.
Alternatives:
* NearLinking=1 (ON)
* NearLinking=0 (OFF; the default)
